The Design Studio and The Rug Show to Debut in Suites at Market Square
HIGH POINT, N.C.— (October 10, 2017) - The Suites at Market Square, a temporary exhibitor destination at High Point Market, is adding 82 new, expanded and relocated exhibitors and two new key destinations to the SAMS must-see list of emerging and innovative product sources for fall market, Oct. 14 – 18, 2017.
Along with introductions featuring home furnishings, art and décor from exhibitors throughout the Suites at Market Square, the Design Studio and The Rug Show will debut on the top floor, offering retailers and designers the opportunity to discover curated product offerings that include furniture, accessories and a multi-line rug collection. Cash-and-Carry vendors are also open in the Suites during High Point Market and include BuckHead Betties, B. Tiff, Beautiful Things, Haverhill Fine Jewelry, Phillip Allen Hefner Collection, and Charleston Shoes, among others.

“Suites at Market Square is the place to discover the unexpected,” said Scott Eckman, President, Marketing and Furniture Leasing for IMC. “Three floors offer cross-category product lines in every price point and design aesthetic, and the new additions bring even more excitement to the mix.”
The Rug Show, a non-profit industry association of producers, importers and wholesalers, is bringing a 10-company collection of rugs to Fall High Point Market. Exhibitors include: The New England Collection, Anadol Rugs, Caravan Rug Corporation, H.O.C Design, Lapchi Rug Design Studio, Looms Of Persia, The Tibet Rug Company, Zollanvari, Rug and Kilim and Mobayen Rugs.
“This year, the Rug Show will join High Point Market for the first time,” said Ramin Mobayen, a representative of The Rug Show. “Our national Rug Show brings together under one roof as great a number as possible of the wholesalers and buyers in the trade.”
The Design Studio is a new product display and meeting area that features curated home furnishings from Norwalk Furniture, Hammerton Lighting, Pratt & Lambert Paints, Allstate Floral, Company C Rugs and Prestige Arts/Art Trends Artwork. In addition to the signature product mix, The Design Studio will offer hand-crafted, cold-pressed raw organic juices supporting local organic farms from Organix Juice Bar.
The only temporary exhibit area at High Point Market, Suites at Market Square (SAMS) has more than 340 exhibitors on three floors. Product lines include furniture, home décor, art, lighting, rugs, jewelry and shoes.
