    New Collections Debuting at High Point Fall Market

    Cross-Category Product Introductions to Launch in Numerous Destinations in October

     

    HIGH POINT, N.C. – (October 2, 2018) – New and notable exhibitors in furniture and home décor will be debuting a variety of product lines and new collections at High Point Fall Market, running Oct. 13 – Oct. 17, 2018.

    “New collections will be on display in every building at October Market, bringing a wealth of options for every buyer, designer and consumer,” said Scott Eckman, president of furniture and home décor leasing. “From the main IHFC buildings to C&D, Showplace, Hamilton-Wrenn showrooms and Suites at Market Square, there are exciting, fresh product options around every corner.”

    Suites at Market Square

    For October Market, hundreds of new product resources will be debuting in the Suites at Market Square. Fermob USA is introducing the Lorette Collection and Mickey Mouse Collection, while Mural Sources is featuring Natura and Indo Puri is highlighting the Natuna Collection. In SALON, a curated area on the Ground Floor that includes furniture, lighting, rugs, wall art, home textile and decorative accessories categories, notable introductions include the COLOR BLOCKS Collection from Wendy Concannon Photography and the Antibes Mirror Collection from newcomer Society Social.

    Historic Market Square

    Historic Market Square showcases a variety of high-end product categories including rugs, wall art and furniture, and will include unique collections from first-time exhibitor Unique Loom. Specializing in handmade, power-loomed rugs, a highlight for Unique Loom is the Manhattan Collection, which is designed by “Real Housewives of New York” alum Jill Zarin. Hudson Valley Lighting Group’s array of decorative lighting brands will hit on four must-see trends: Matte Black + Chrome for Troy Lighting, Texture for Hudson Valley Lighting, Pops of Color for Mitzi and Memphis Milano Comeback for Corbett.

    Hudson Valley will also be introducing two designer collections: Mark D. Sikes for Hudson Valley Lighting and Martyn Lawrence Bullard for Corbett Lighting. The Martyn Lawrence Bullard collection features more than 25 styles in multiple finishes and includes chandeliers, pendants, and sconces. The Classics collection with Mark D. Sikes showcases more than 36 styles with multiple finishes and includes chandeliers, pendants and sconces, among other products.

    Hamilton-Wrenn Design District

    In the Hamilton-Wrenn Design District, Alden Parkes is debuting a Triangle Sideboard, Fortuna Nightstand, Williams Sideboard, Savannah Dresser and Suffolk Work Station. The Alden Parkes line includes upholstery, occasional tables, dining, cabinetry, bedrooms, mirrors, accessories and lighting.

    Dorya is introducing new products in both the Dorya and Vogue Living lines. The Dorya line will showcase the Simone Sideboard, Cestino Sideboard, Carlo Sofa, Misia Sofa, Hectagon Chair, Arno Chair, Riva Chair, Caria Sofa, Nina Sofa, Carpe Diem Cocktail Table Set and Carpe Diem End Table. The Vogue Living line will feature new products for the Mayfair Collection, including the Hanover Chest, Hanover Chair, Hanover Sideboard, Regent Sofa, Avalon Sofa and Magnolia Hall Table.

    Additional Hamilton-Wrenn Design District introductions include accent and home décor products by Chelsea House. Notable new products include the Hopper Lamp, Large Matte White Urn and Green Table.

    Main Street Properties

    Jaipur Home will be introducing more than 200 products under its Structured Simplicity Collection in Plaza Suites. Jaipur Home uses sustainably-grown timber, reclaimed woods and re-purposed items from Rajasthan, India to create bedroom, dining and occasional items and accessories. Leather motion furniture manufacturer RICH SOFA is introducing several stationery designs while Décor-Rest, a producer of upholstered furniture, will debut a luxury sofa sleeper. Additionally, the A.R.T Furniture Showroom will debut the Renaissance Salvage Collection.

    IHFC

    Hooker Furniture will debut the Ciao Bella Collection, a 39-piece home collection that offers an eclectic mix of pieces inspired by the small farmhouses along the French and Italian countryside. Hooker Furniture will also feature 40 new pieces for its Melange collection, which was inspired by four of the most popular micro trends: Understated Glam, Bohemian Luxe, Natural Contemporary and New Retro. Durham Furniture will also add a modern European-inspired touch to its line with its 14-piece Odyssey bedroom and occasional furniture collection.

    Highlighted by a fashion-forward motion sofa, luxury motion upholstery specialist Bradington-Young will be launching 26 new products in IHFC at October Market. Rug, carpeting and home décor manufacturer Momeni is debuting a new collection with design team John Loecke and Jason Oliver of Madcap Cottage. Classic Home is introducing numerous products, including villa rug pillows, indoor shags and Moroccan rugs and a new product line of villa outdoor pillows. In addition, domestic case goods manufacturer Vaughan-Bassett Furniture Company is showcasing solid wood and veneered case goods collections by Ben and Erin Napier, hosts of HGTV’s “Home Town.”

    C&D

    The Commerce & Design building houses more than 30 companies and is a key destination for buyers and designers. For Fall Market, the C&D building will showcase an expanded collaboration between Dorel Home and The Novogratz with 125 home furnishings pieces across the Dorel Home portfolio of brands. Cortney and Robert Novogratz are an established husband and wife design duo.

    Also new for Fall Market, home décor, furniture and lighting manufacturer Arteriors is moving from the IHFC building to the ground floor of the C&D building. Designer Windsor Smith will be launching her third collection with the company, which will showcase a range of sunset hues and glistening metals.

    Showplace

    Showplace, a must-see destination for many Top 100 retailers, designers and buyers, will feature a new line to American Leather’s Style in Motion category. The line, called the ‘I” series, features an Italian mechanism and brings new fashion-forward, on-trend styles to the motion category. Surya is launching Surya Spaces, a collaborative resource that features credited designer products and original content from Surya. Additionally, Euro Style will be introducing nearly 100 new products with a focus on modern and contemporary style.

    INTERHALL

    In INTERHALL, Adriana Hoyos Furnishings will be expanding its Rumba collection, which will showcase bench-made upholstered seating and handcrafted solid wood furniture products. Nathan Anthony will also add an emphasis on high-end pops of color with its Sistine Daybed, Martini Accent Chair and Destino Lounge. Inspired by the Italian Brutalist architecture from the 1970s, Selamat Designs is introducing the Florence Broadhurst Sydney Mod Pyramids Credenza. In addition, new-to-Market exhibitor Dowel Furniture will debut its two designer collections, Duncan Hughes for Dowel and Barbara Elza Hirsch for Dowel.
