CH Living Triples Showroom Space, Sarreid Celebrates 50th Anniversary
High Point, NC – (September 28, 2016) – International Market Centers (IMC) today announced the addition of new tenants Artefama, Legends Global, CH Living and My Home Furnishings to the company’s Commerce and Design (C&D) building for Fall High Point Market, running from October 22-26, 2016. Located adjacent to the Market Square properties, C&D tenants encompass a wide array of style preferences, price points and categories – from designer-friendly lighting to ready-to-assemble furniture to commercial, kids and outdoor – the nine floors of showrooms cover the gamut.

Brazilian furniture company, Artefama (4P) brings their 2016 Collection “The art of the matter” to a spacious new showroom on the fourth floor. A truly unique company, Artefama makes furniture that resembles art influenced by Italian, Spanish and German craftsmanship. Choose from a vast selection of solid pine furnishings including rustic, traditional and modern styles. Also new to C&D are furniture stand-outs Legends Global (5A,B), My Home Furnishings (5K,J) and CH Living (4A) - sister company to Little Castle - who is expanding the size of their showroom to nearly 5,000 square feet. They join a host of industry leaders, including Visual Comfort, Soicher-Marin, Brownstone, Urbia Imports, Dorel, O’Palier, South Shore and more.
Casegoods manufacturer, Sarreid Ltd. (3D) celebrates its 50th anniversary this fall. Located on the third floor of C&D, Sarreid offers an extensive product line, distinctive for its unique blend of old world tradition and superiority in design for today's interiors. Antique and vintage home décor, designer accessory collections, industrial looks, and unique handcrafted items are available to select retailers and designers. Collections include Rhapsody in Colors, Uffizi Home, Downtown Studios, Encore IFH, Retro to Modern, Sarreid Authentic Replicas and more.
New Events & Hospitality
Complimentary buyer’s breakfast on the fifth floor from 8:30 am-10:00 am Saturday-Tuesday; and complimentary afternoon bars on Saturday and Monday from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm. Sarreid’s 50th anniversary celebration on Friday, October 21 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm; and Spicher and Company (1D) will serve refreshments daily. Pita Delite, C&D’s newest food purveyor on the fifth floor is open Friday-Tuesday from 11:00 am-3:00 pm and on Wednesday from 11:00 am-2:00 pm. Crafted, 1618 and Ghassan’s food trucks will be located outside of C&D’s Commerce Street entrance Friday-Wednesday from 11:00 am-3:00 pm.
